OVERVIEW

TRANSFORMATION STARTS HERE

The DTS or Discipleship Training School offers a unique time in your life to focus on who God made you to be, and what He wants you to do.The school seeks to bring you into a more intimate relationship with God. It gives you an opportunity to discover your passions and your part in God’s purposes for the world. It is for those who long to follow Jesus in new ways with a different perspective.

The school lasts 5-6 months and consists of two parts: (1) a three month lecture phase and (2) a two month outreach phase. Students leave the school transformed and equipped to take the Gospel to the nations and live out a calling as ambassadors for Christ.

The DTS is also the prerequisite for not only becoming YWAM staff, but also for YWAM’s second-level training

Outreach

Phase

IT'S FOR HIS NAMESAKE

After completing the three-month lecture phase, students will then embark on a two-month outreach phase. They present the gospel they memorized in various settings around Morelia and surrounding indigenous communities. The Word of God is active and alive. Upon hearing the Gospel story in this manner, audiences will engage the story of Christ in an intimate way like never before!

"But how can they call on him to save them unless they believe in him? And how can they believe in him if they have never heard about him? And how can they hear about him unless someone tells them?" Romans 10:14
